Hello, welcome here! I am a Physiotherapist practicing both in Vancouver and the beautiful Okanagan. I earned my Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia after concluding a Bachelor of Human Kinetics. After completion of my masters, I went on to complete the Diploma of Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, becoming a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapists (FCAMPT).

I enjoy working with all kinds of pain and injuries, and have a keen focus on Foot & Ankle injuries and rehabilitation, having spent a large part of my career developing skills in this niche area through Footbridge Centre for Integrated Orthopaedic Care in Vancouver B.C. I love a complex case that requires problem solving and use a whole-body approach when assessing and treating pain. I have a strong focus on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education on load management and optimization. I also offer AN-IMS Dry Needling, trained through Foundations Health Education. I love collaborating with other health care professionals in the community and have spent many years encouraging this approach in practice.
